Serve chilled from frozen grapes, it is picked when temperature stayed below 17 degrees Fahrenheit by Canadian Law.  Canada is one of the largest producer of ice wine in the world and Ontario is the largest producer of ice wine in North America. The making of this expensive wine requires complex process  and procedures, thus there are only few ice wineries in the world.  Wine lovers from all over the world come visit “The Land of Wineries”  to taste their exquisite wines.
